Tour the exotic city that spans both Europe and Asia visiting the Blue Mosque, the Aya Sofya, Topkapi Palace, the Basilica underground cistern and the Hippodrome. Afterwards, you board an overnight sleeper train heading towards the calcium terraces of Pamukkale.

Pamukkale, Hierapolis
This afternoon tour the magnificent white calcium terraces of Pamukkale and the ancient city of Hierapolis. Take a dip in the hot springs that were used in Roman times for their therapeutic powers.

Friday

Today we travel the ancient Silk Road visiting Sultanhani Caravansary and the Mevlana museum in Konya along the way. Tonight, don't miss the optional traditional Turkish folklore evening!

Cappadocia, Goreme, Underground City
Marvel at the lunar landscape of Cappadocia through Goreme Valley, the fairy chimneys, an underground city and more.

Ankara
Early morning departure to the nation's capital, Ankara where we visit Anitkabir, mausoleum of the famed Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, before returning to Istanbul.

Istanbul
After breakfast our tour concludes and we say goodbye to our new friends.

Please Note
We have just been advised by TCDD, the authority managing Turkish Train services, that the Pamukkale Express travelling between Pamukkale and Istanbul will have all services suspended until further notice due to required maintenance on the tracks. Suspension is effective immediately and it is expected that services may be suspended for several months.
This service is generally used on Day 2 for the Istanbul to Pamukkale journey of your Cave Dweller tour, therefore we will need to utilise local bus services for the itinerary until train services are resumed.
On Day 2 passengers will be transferred to the Istanbul Bus Station at 19.30 to board the Pamukkale Bus service to Denizli at 20.30, with the estimated arrival time in Denizli of 09.00 am.
From Denizli, they will be transferred to their hotel accommodation as per the standard itinerary.
Single Supplement Policy
Single Supplement, commonly referred to as S.S., is an extra charge applied by hotels to customers that want to have a single room.
Our tours are based on twin share accommodation. Thus a single traveller does not HAVE to purchase single supplement unless they specifically want a single room to themselves.
Single travellers that are happy to share with someone of their own sex do not need to select single supplement.
However with pre and post tour accommodation we are unable to allocate share accommodation and so single travellers must pay the single supplement with any per or post tour accommodation they purchase.

 Please use our online booking reservation service where available - if you need any further assistance or to book please feel free to call or email us with your booking. Until you have received a receipted invoice (by post fax or email) your reservation has been recorded but not been confirmed. This is similar to an airline wait-listing. This may only affect you if we have had major changes to the tour.
To give better service from IAH to you our valued client all the order processing is done manually and any price reflected on the computer is always checked before your card is debited (in the case of most discrepancies to tours or price you would always be advised).
